You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Services to host or transmit unlawful content, to infringe intellectual property, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to disrupt the network or other users.
Paid plans are billed in advance based on the plan and metered usage. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Uptime commitments, where applicable, are described in your plan. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CacheNova’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
